April’s art show theme at the RAA is “In The Garden”. Since I like to make flowers and things, it was pretty easy to go along with this theme. Here are some of the things I will be displaying:
I mostly made floral themed beads and buttons, with the exception of the pretty encased silver leaf button, and the frog bead. The mother/daughter pendants came out really nice. I had not made a frog in a while, so it was a bit of a challenge. I need to find a class on stringer control. I seem to get the glass too close to the flame, and all the fine detailing just melts away…
