Pendant From Found Objects

I recently saw some jewelry made out of bottle caps.  Since I had some bottle caps I had saved, I decided to make a pendant:

I pounded one bottle cap flat and drilled holes.  The other, I took pliers and smashed inward.  Then I rummaged through my vintage stash, and found a perfect old pearl clip earring.  I also added a vintage costume pearl drop with sterling components, hung it on a tan leather cord, and “voila” – a pretty pendant! It almost has a steampunk feel to it :-).
