When we go out of town, I have a friend who takes care of our dogs.  She is a super dog lover, and takes such good care of our dogs that I wanted to make her a quilt.  I saw this on Pinterest, and thought it would be perfect for her.  In lieu of batting, I sandwiched flannel, and backed it with fleece.  I love the feel of this combination.  And here in So Cal, a lighter quilt can be used year round. It isn’t her B-day, but I liked the dogs on the bag, and the quilt fit just right 🙂
