This is about as close as I will ever get to getting a tattoo.  When I saw this embroidery pattern, I just had to put it on something, and that something was my denim jacket!  Dear Hubby’s reaction: ” Quilt Or Die!?… Quilt or Die!?…  It’s just a hobby!” I only wish I could have embroidered the larger pattern.  My Janome has a limit of 5″x7″.  I found it at Urban Threads 🙂

While Dear Daughter is at home for the holidays, I made good use of my “new to me” Janome MC350E.  I embellished a denim shirt for her with cycling woodland creatures – DD is very outdoorsy.  I also embellished a denim skirt with a back-to-school fish… In honor of her starting Graduate School in Fish And Wildlife Conservation And Management.
